Product Assistance
If you are unsure about the correct size, please refer to our size guide for assistance and recommended fits. In the case that you fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
To keep your surf hat clean, we recommend rinsing it with fresh water after each use.
Turn it inside out and hang it up in the shade using the inner crown loop. For a more thorough clean, handwash in cool water.
If your size is currently unavailable, please select "notify me" on the product page. We will inform you if and when your size becomes available again.
Order Dispatch and Shipping
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt by our fulfillment team. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be applied and added during checkout.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a dispatch email containing your tracking information. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be dispatched. If you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact us.
Occasionally, some items may be available for pre-order on our website. This means that the stock hasn't arrived yet, but we offer it for pre-sale to secure your purchase. Pre-order items will be labelled accordingly, with an estimated arrival date mentioned in the product description.
Unfortunately, we are unable to edit your order once it has been placed. If you need to amend the shipping address or cancel the order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order for rectification. After this time, cancellations are not possible.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us containing all the necessary tracking information to monitor the status and location of your item(s).
To align with our eco-friendly practices, all orders are shipped using biodegradable and compostable packaging materials.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges if you receive a hat in the wrong size and will exchange it free of cost. For damaged items upon delivery of a faulty item, we can offer a return within 14 days, provided the item is unworn, clean, and has tags attached. All items marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged at any point. Please refer to our sizing guide for assistance with sizing.
According to our shipping and refund policy, returns for faulty or damaged items may take up to 3 business days to be assessed and processed once they are received at our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account after the return is processed.

Materials and Factories
The outer shell of our surf hats is made from 100% post-consumer recycled Nylon. As a young business with a strong sustainable ethos, we aim to continue evolving and finding ways to use more recycled fabrics while eliminating plastic usage in our hats.
We consciously manufacture our surf hats in China. Our chosen supplier is a partner of the Better Cotton Initiative and is a BSCI & Sedex certified manufacturing facility. For further information please visit our manufacturing page.
