Shipping and Returns Policy.
Returns:
At CORD & ROY, we are passionate about customer service and aim to provide you with the best shopping experience.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged, we accept returns. However, please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns due to change of mind, size issue or on sale or clearance items. Refunds can only be requested within 14 days of delivery of the products.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging, with all garment tags intact.
To initiate your refund please email hello@cordandroy.com and we will guide you through the process.
Once we have processed your return, the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs associated with the order.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear back into your account, depending on your payment method.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery of the item, provided the item is unworn, clean, and was sold at the regular price.
Please note that exchanges are not available for discounted items or promotional discounts.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@cordandroy.com , and we will guide you through the process and confirm shipping timeframes.
Domestic: Once we receive the exchange details, we will send out your requested item along with a pre-paid envelope. Please place your unwanted item in the envelope and simply mail it back to the address provided free of charge.
International: Upon receiving your returned item, we will promptly send out the requested replacement. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us.

Domestic:
For orders within Australia, we ship via Standard or Express with Australia Post. We strive to ship your order within 2 business days of receiving it.
For Standard shipping, which takes 4-8 days to arrive, rates will be determined at checkout.
If you prefer Express shipping, you will receive your item within 1-4 business days with rates determined at checkout.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We take pride in our eco-friendly practices, and therefore, all orders are shipped using Pollastic mailers and care bags.
Shipping times are a guide only and subject to change based on Australia Post delivery times and your location.
International:
International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Here are the details for shipping to specific locations:
Shipping to New Zealand:
Standard post: Flat rate of $15.00 AUD, with delivery within 7-15 business days.
Express post: Flat rate of $20 AUD, with delivery within 5-8 business days.
Shipping to USA, Canada & rest of the world:
Standard post: Shipping costs will be determined at checkout, with delivery within 10-27 business days.
Please note that for international orders, any duty and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Our commitment to the environment continues with the use of biodegradable and compostable shipping bags. Again, shipping times are a guide only and subject to change based on the delivery provider and your location.
Please Note:
To ensure eligibility for a refund or exchange, please make sure your item is unused, in its original condition/packaging, and unworn.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Kindly note that the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility.
While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, once a package is signed for, it is considered proof of delivery, and we cannot be held liable for any further issues.
