Returns & Refunds
At CORD & ROY, we take pride in creating premium products designed for adventure, sun and sea. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

We accept returns for faulty or damaged items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and applicable international consumer protections.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for:

• change of mind
• incorrect sizing selections
• sale or promotional items

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unworn
• unsed
• in original packagingh
• with tags attached

Once approved and received, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Items must be:

• unworn
• clean
• in original condition

Sale items and promotional purchases are not eligible for exchange.

Australia
For Australian exchanges, we may provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

International
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international exchanges unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Shipping
We currently ship worldwide from Australia.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent via email.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, customs processing and shipping carrier delays.

Australia
We offer Standard and Express shipping via Australia Post.

• Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $99 AUD.
• Shipping rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

United States

• Free standard shipping on USA orders over $120 USD.
• Shipping rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

Orders are shipped from Australia with tracked international shipping.

International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations including:

• United Kingdom
• Europe
• New Zealand
• Canada
• selected international regions

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
Estimated international delivery timeframes range between 7–21 business days depending on destination.

Duties & Taxes
For selected international markets, duties and taxes may be collected at checkout.

If duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, they remain the responsibility of the customer upon import into the destination country.
CORD & ROY is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges applied by local authorities.

Important Information:
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping provider, CORD & ROY cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
